Once this horrendous global pandemic is over, I will have no hesitation in returning to Cancun, and will most certainly be calling upon the services of USA Transfers. Yet again, where this company excels, Geraldo determined our stressed out mood in his spotlessly maintained vehicle, and kept us calmly entertained on the return to Cancun Airport. He also helped us decamp from the car at the airport, and found us a much needed porter, which our circumstances on this occasion necessitated.
Geraldo couldn’t have been kinder and more helpful, settling us into the vehicle.
He arrived at The Iberostar Riviera Maya where we’d been forced to seek shelter, and was parked directly in front of the hotel, as promised. USA Transfers sent one of their tip top drivers, the ultra competent and hugely comforting, Geraldo to collect us. Unlike other beasts, (airlines and the Excellence Hotel Group who couldn’t have been less supportive, and we’re happy to literally throw us out onto the street), they were eager to help, and, there was never any question of a ‘handling’ fee, or any other such nonsense. USA Transfers were wonderful when we contacted them to bring the return prepaid transfers forward.

Sadly, the full force of Covid19 unfolded as soon as we’d literally settled in, and we were forced to return to the UK early.

Upon arrival at the Beloved our charming driver handed over very smoothly to the staff at the Beloved. The drive to Playa Mujeres is a reasonable distance, and our driver gauged the mood during this time perfectly, by telling us a little about some of the other regions of Mexico, and his forthcoming nuptials in Merida. This included 2 perfectly sized mini bottles of delicious red Mexican wine and a number of other useful, local items. We were offered cold water and a fabulous goodie pack marking the company’s 20th anniversary. He in turn ensured we were comfortable in his immaculate, and extremely comfortable, vehicle. We were found and met at Cancun airport without any hassle by the friendly USA Transfers greeter, and handed over to our driver.

The shuttle arrived on time and was extremely clean, well sanitized and the driver was very friendly and accomodating. Happy Shuttle graciously accomodated our last minute revised pick up location with no problem, fuss, or extra charge. Upon arrival and again on departure, we had to change the pick up location because of port closures r/t to the hurricane. I must say, they exceeded our expectations! We rented a round trip private shuttle to and from the Cancun aiport to a hotel pier near Puerto Juarez. I read the reviews about Happy Shuttle and selected them based on the reviews. We wanted private tranporation, that was COVID-19 "safe" and reliable for women traveling together. On 8/18, 2021, I traveled to Isla Mujeres with two of my girlfriends and needed transportation from the airport to a Cancun port where our hotel was to provide a catamaran from a designated Canaun port to our resort on Isla Mujueres. Confirmation email for my return journey included instructions on how to communicate if there were changes, and pick up time from the ferry port to the airport. Instructions on how to proceed when I got to Cancun airport were straight forward, and detailed. My return flight’s time changed and before I communicated with them, they had picked on it already and sent me an email to confirm. They responded promptly to all my questions.
I sent them an email, they quoted the same price as advertised which included the ferry tickets ( very convenient )! Communication was via email, I sent them my flight information. In one of the reviews several people mentioned this shuttle service and I am so glad I found them. I visited Isla Mujeres and researched shuttles to and from Cancun airport.
